Terms & Conditions

On the day of arrival, we endeavour to make your booked property available from 4:00 PM. If your apartment is cleaned and checked before 4:00 PM, you will automatically receive an SMS. On the day of departure, please vacate the property by 10:00 AM.

The property may only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the rental agreement (including children of all ages). Urlando may remove additional persons without notice.

Youth groups (3+ persons predominantly under 25) must register as such before booking.

Please treat the property with care. High-gloss surfaces and chrome fittings must never be cleaned with microfibre cloths or abrasive sponges. Bicycles and wagons may not be brought indoors.

Use of facilities (sauna, fitness equipment, playground, stairs) is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. Babies and young children must not be left unattended on balconies.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Dogs are only allowed if registered before arrival and listed in the rental confirmation. Cats are not permitted.

Bed linen is rental linen and must not be washed by guests. Garden furniture is available approx. April–October. Setting up tents, motor homes or caravans on or near the property is not allowed.

Charging e-vehicles, e-bikes, or e-scooters using the property's electricity is strictly prohibited. Please observe quiet hours (11 PM – 8 AM).

Unless otherwise stated, rental prices include electricity, water and heating.

• Arrival 36+ days away: 30% deposit due immediately, balance 35 days before arrival.
• Arrival within 35 days: Full payment within 2 days of booking.
• Short notice (≤ 5 days): Credit card payment at time of booking.
• Alternatively: cash or debit card at our reception desks.

The property cannot be occupied until full payment has been received. A tourist tax is invoiced on behalf of the municipality.

Currently no security deposit is charged.

For youth groups, stays exceeding 14 days, or non-holiday purposes, Urlando may charge up to EUR 500 per person.

The rental price does not include travel cancellation insurance.

Early departure does not entitle you to a refund. Rebooking fee: EUR 45.00 (no entitlement to rebooking).

Please observe the checklist in the (digital) guest folder.

• Leave the property in swept-clean condition
• Wash dishes / empty dishwasher
• Clear refrigerator and remove all food
• Empty all rubbish bins
• Clean the grill
• Tidy inside and outside the property

Free additional services (wagons, children's beds, washing machines, beach chairs, Wi-Fi) are provided without guarantee. Vehicle damage liability is excluded, including on provided parking spaces.

No liability in cases of force majeure. Pests, seagulls, wind noise, and agricultural odours do not constitute grounds for price reduction.

The tenant is responsible for all damage during the stay. Administration fee: EUR 20.00 per claim. Claims must be asserted within one month after rental end.

Urlando's maintenance staff may enter the property in the tenant's absence (with prior notice by email or phone).

Handling fee: EUR 10.00 plus EUR 10.00 shipping.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction: Oldenburg in Holstein, Germany.

Amendments are only valid in writing.
