Accessibility Statement

Holiday Vital Resort is committed to making its website accessible in line with recognised standards for accessible web content. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA as our reference.

We work continuously to improve usability. Full conformance can only be ensured through ongoing testing – including with assistive technologies – so individual areas may not yet be fully accessible.

Using the accessibility menu (icon at the top right) you can:

• Enable high contrast – a black-and-white mode with strong borders and clearly visible focus indicators.
• Increase the font size in several steps. Text and spacing scale together.
• Reduce motion – animations and transitions are largely disabled.

Your settings are stored locally in your browser.

In addition, we have implemented:

• Keyboard operation and a “skip to content” link.
• Visible focus indicators and semantically structured headings and regions.
• Alternative text for meaningful images.
• Respect for the system “reduce motion” preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
• A fully bilingual interface (German/English).

Embedded third-party content – such as the interactive map (Mapbox) or external booking and payment services – is only partly within our control and may not be accessible in every respect. For the map we provide textual alternatives such as the address and directions wherever possible.
